Topping & Company Book Vouchers are the ultimate browsing experience for book lovers. Treat them to a browsing session, or perhaps an evening out at one of our author events throughout the year. There's no expiry and our vouchers can be used both in the bookshop and online.

As soon as your order is confirmed, we'll email you a copy of the voucher for you to forward on or print out and give to the lucky recipient when the time is right.

Vouchers are sent straight away to the email address you use to place your order. Then you can forward it on the lucky recipient or print it when the time is right!

Visit the bookshop for a browse—and a pot of tea or coffee!

Come to the bookstop and make yourself at home among the bookshelves. We'll make a pot of fresh tea or coffee for you while you browse. You can also use your voucher online.

Do the vouchers have an expiry date?

Topping & Company Book Vouchers never expire and can be used from the moment you receive the email.

How is my voucher delivered?

We’ll email your voucher as soon as your order is confirmed. You can then print it out or forward it to the lucky recipient when the time is right.

How long will it take to arrive?

Vouchers will be delivered to your email inbox straight away, at any time of day or night. If the email hasn’t appeared after a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If you can’t find it there, please contact the bookshop.

Do vouchers have to be used all at once?

Vouchers can be used across several browsing sessions, so you don’t have to spend them all at once. Simply apply the same voucher code each time and you will be able to use up the remaining balance.

Can they be used in the bookshop and online?

Our new vouchers can be used both in the bookshop and online. To use them online, add the code to your basket (on the right hand side) after you have selected your books or event places.

Can they be used on events as well as books?

Yes, you can redeem Topping & Company vouchers on events, books, or anything else on our shelves (with the exception of vouchers and National Book Tokens).

Can I order multiple vouchers?

Certainly - please add multiple vouchers to your basket and we’ll email you each one separately.
