Having charmed the nation during the Great British Bake Off 2018, Kim-Joy’s colourful creations—technically adept, visually stunning, and utterly cute—are the perfect way to bring your baking to life. Kim-Joy’s first book is both fun and practical, taking the reader from basic cake mixes and biscuit doughs, through to recipes for frosting and more advanced decorating techniques.
With a legion of fans, and her own weekly column in the Guardian, Kim-Joy is a star of the baking world, and she will be demonstrating her remarkable talents for us in the bookshop. We certainly hope you will join us for a truly joyful evening.
