Jess Elliott Dennison is a food writer and the founder of Elliott’s; a community that celebrates simple cooking and life in the kitchen. She has written 3 cookbooks; Salad Feasts, Tin Can Magic and Lazy Baking. In June 2023, Jess sold her Elliott’s Cafe which is listed on Conde Nast’s Best Edinburgh Restaurant List. Her new book Midweek Recipes comes out on 1st August 2024.
