In Chasing Smoke, Sarit and Itamar take us on a journey filled with flavour and fire, traversing the Levant from Egypt to Jordan to Greece collecting recipes, stories, and the best of culinary culture along the way. It is an ode to cooking with fire, generosity of flavour, and Middle Eastern culture.
