Matthew Pennington is co-author of The Ethicurean Cookbook and co-founder of The Ethicurean restaurant, renowned for its commitment to sustainable practices and innovative approach.
Over its decade-long reign, it was featured BBC Gardeners World, Countryfile, Escape to the Country and Channel 4's Hidden Restaurants with Michel Roux Jr.
Together with his partner Nicola Cradock, he now runs Ethicurean Life, an online platform and community exploring regenerative food, microbiome health and the art of wholesome living. They also teach classes on fermentation, foraging, cooking, and making wild drinks.
Both Matthew and Nicola join us to talk, demo and dish out tasters for their new book Do Ferment: Gut Boosters and Foods that Fizz, part of the fantastic Do Books series.
