Shelf Love is the first of a series of cookbooks coming out of the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen. As the world changed, so did the way people cooked and thought about food. As chefs, Yotam, Noor and their team had to adapt. This exciting series embraces all that is Ottolenghi, but focuses on its creative heart: the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen. Its key concepts are flexibility, creativity, and reliability – it’s all about raiding your kitchen cupboards, fridges and freezers and using what you have to produce inventive, Ottolenghi-fied meals.

This November, Ottolenghi and Noor join us in the Bath Forum to introduce and demonstrate the OTK method and how to bring a bit of ‘shelf love’ into your cooking.
