Tom Kerridge

One of the most loved, down-to-earth but high-flying chefs on the food scene, Tom Kerridge has spent the last 15 months ‘creating positive vibes’ in the food world, keeping his team buoyant and teaming up with Marcus Rashford to help cash and time poor families cook cheap healthy meals.

This evening Tom will be in conversation with his old friend and confidant, publisher, Jon Croft. Expect lots of banter, hilarity and some interesting insights into the restaurant trade during lockdown.

In his new book, Outdoor Cooking, the double Michelin starred chef perfects hearty favourites like smoky prawns, pork and chorizo burgers, glorious vegetables like charred cauliflower salad, stuffed sweet potatoes and aubergine dips.
