The Fabulous Baker Brothers

Tom and Henry Herbert are back with more fabulous baking recipes and another series of their popular Channel Four television show. They were such fun when they were last in the bookshop so we can’t wait to see them again; their enthusiasm for all things bready is infectious and their recipes are superb.

This time the boys want to create some new British classics, such as Devon Smugglers’ Pie and the Stratford Melter Belter. Tom and Henry are certainly the right bakers for this challenge as their family bakery – Hobbs House – goes back five generations. They have the perfect combination of expert skills and youthful innovation.
