Rick Stein, our favourite chef, food writer, restaurateur and TV personality returns to Bath to share stories and flavours from his Secret France. This is real French home cooking and coincides with a new BBC Two series.
‘My friends tell me that France is no longer the place for good food. They say the towns and villages that have been touched by tourism are now all the same. But I guess I’m a bit of a romantic and I’d like to prove them wrong.’
