An evening in the company of everyone's favourite Chef and TV presenter, Matt Tebbutt.

Saturday Kitchen's Matt Tebbutt knows a thing or two about cooking for hungry customers. He owned the Foxhunter Inn in Monmouthshire for over 13 years, devising and cooking iconic dishes. In Matt Tebbutt's Pub Food, he shares his recipes for dishes including Tartiflette, Seafood Stew and Poached Cherry Pavlova, and elevates classics with his own signature twists, such as Rump of Lamb with Spiced Aubergine, Mint Yoghurt and Flatbreads, Braised Beef Rib Curry, and Baked Apples with Calvados Custard.

Author Biography: Matt Tebbutt is the presenter of BBC TV's long-running flagship food show, Saturday Kitchen; he also presents Channel 4's Food Unwrapped and Channel 5's series Go Veggie and Vegan with Matt Tebbutt. In 2020 the public voted him Fortnum & Mason Food Personality of the Year. He ran his award-winning restaurant The Foxhunter Inn in Wales for over 13 years, and he has trained under Alistair Little, Marco Pierre White and Sally Clarke. This is his fourth book.
