Fred moved to the UK in the summer of 1992, working front-of-house positions in landmark London restaurants such as Le Gavroche, Sartoria, Brasserie Roux and Galvin at Windows at the London Hilton.
Over the last decade, Fred has been a constant presence on our screens across a variety of channels, with his most beloved being First Dates on Channel 4. Seriously British is an ode to the beauty, uniqueness and heritage of Britain. In his words: ‘This book is my love letter to the UK, and a celebration of all of the things that I have come to adore, from its food and wine to its history and villages. Vive les Anglais!’
